Day 01

Addis Ababa

Arrive and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon make sightseeing in Addis Ababa. The sightseeing includes the national museum (where you can see the Lucy fossil skeleton found), Trinity cathedral church and Entoto hills.

Day 02

Sodere - Awash

In the morning Drive to Awash National Park en route stops in Sodere hot spring. sodere hot spring is culturally said to be a medical value which is believed a naturally therapeutic bath to relax body and soul and vervet monkey playing with you every we’re you can see the spectacular view of the shore of Awash River and a chance to see hippos and crocodiles.

Awash

Dedicated to visit Awash Park & its surroundings visit the southern part of Awash national park where you can spot different kinds of wild animals like, Oryx, gazelle, warthog, Kudu, Baboons and Monkeys and different kinds of birds. The beautiful rift valley land formation over Awash River water falls and different views are also the beautiful part of the game drive in the national park.

Day 04

Awash - Asayita

Drive to Asayita en route visit Afar people around. and we get our permit for the visiting on this area. Overnight in hotel.

Day 05

Asayita - Lake Abe

From Asayita make a day excursion to Lake Abe. is a salt lake, lying on the Ethiopia-Djibouti border. It is one of a chain of six connected lakes. The river Awash flows into the no-drain lake. Lake Abbe is the center of the Afar Depression. Lake Abbe is considered one of the most inaccessible areas of the earth. The water itself is known for its flamingos. The scenery is unique.

Day 06

Asayita - Lake Afdera

In the morning precede Asayita-Serdo-lake Afdiera. We will set our camp around Lake Afdera and will explore the salt extraction area and enjoy the stunning view of the desert with the sun set. Overnight in camping.

Day 07

Ertale Volcano

Day of trekking around the lake and in the hot area of the Ertale Volcano. Erta Ale volcano is a large basaltic shield volcano in the Erta Ale volcanic range It is famed for its persistent lava lake which has been active during most of the past decades since it was first discovered. In the local Afar language, Erta Ale means “Smoking Mountain” and its southernmost pit received an apocalyptic name, “the gateway to hell”.

Asayita

Drive Lake Afdiera back to Serdo- Asayita.

Asayita - Awash

Drive Asayita to Awash.

Awash - Kulubi

In the morning drive to Harar, known for being origin for the Ethiopian first grade coffee and old historical tourist attraction site for its unique old round wall built at early of 15th century by the governor of Harar en route visit the famous Kulbi Gabriel.

Day 11

Harar

Dedicated to visit the city of Harar. the Harari Museum, Rainbow house, surrounding of the old wall and old village and market inside the wall. Evening Hyena man show.

Day 12

Harar - Babile

In the morning excursion to Babile market. and you will drive to Babile Elephant Sanctuary and visit the sanctuary. and drive back to Harer.

Day 13

Babile - Addis Ababa

Drive Harar to Addis Ababa, upon arrive make last minutes shopping. and transfer to airport for your departure.
