| Day 03 | Dodom - Ertale Trek to Erta Ale volcano rim (20:00). Watch the dramatic action of the permanent boiling lava lake. Spend the night on the rim of the volcano. | Overnight at Erta Ale Rim |
| Day 04 | Ertale - Hamed Ella Sunrise visit to the north crater. Descend to Dodom for breakfast. Drive back to Hamed Ella village for lunch and rest. | Overnight at Hamed Ella |
| Day 05 | Hamad Ella- Dallol - Mekele Visit Ragad (Asebo) salt mines. Explore Dallol's alien landscapes, Lake Assal, and camel caravans. Dallol is 116m below sea level. Proceed to Mekele. | Overnight at Mekele Hotel |
